About
The Tower Residence is a residential tower in Accra by CPL Developers, with studios, one-bedroom apartments and family residences, a rooftop infinity pool and wellness spaces. We wrote, storyboarded and produced its launch film around one idea: Life, Elevated.

The challenge
What needed solving
Make a new tower feel inevitable rather than advertised, and show a whole range of homes without turning the film into a brochure.
What we did
- Wrote an eight-act script that earns the reveal: the city wakes, people choose to rise, and only then does the building appear.
- Storyboarded 20 shots with the lens, camera move and light for each, from a 24mm car rig at dawn to a 75mm night hero.
- Produced the shots with AI image and video tools from the storyboard, then cut and graded them into one calm, warm look.
- Ended on the tower lit at night and a clean end frame with The Tower Residence logo.
