About
MXE is an AI financial assistant for everyday money: people track spending, manage virtual cards, get reminded about subscriptions, pay bills and send money by chatting with it. The platform was capable, but users struggled with fragmented workflows and an interface that hid what the product could do.

The challenge
What needed solving
Balance a powerful system with usability. Navigation and workflows were layered and complex, features were hard to discover, and onboarding asked too much of new users.
What we did
- Restructured the story around everyday moments: paying at a market, school fees, an online tutor, the supermarket.
- Showed core flows as real conversations, so the website demonstrates the product instead of describing it.
- Designed light and dark heroes and a clear security story for instantly blocking an account.
- Organized the FAQ around the questions new users actually ask.
