Overview:

Rose City Deportivo came to us with a vibrant concept and a dedicated community, but their digital presence wasn’t fully reflecting the energy of the brand. Although the organization had a strong identity and loyal audience, the website lacked structure, clarity, and functional features that support growth and engagement for players, supporters, and partners alike. Our goal was to revitalize the online experience — creating a site that elevated the club’s image, improved usability, and supported key user journeys such as registrations, match schedules, community news, and sponsorship visibility. The end result was a cohesive platform that connected the team to its audience in a clear, modern, and compelling way.

Challenges:

The primary challenge was transforming a fragmented online presence into a unified digital destination that serves multiple audiences with different needs. Specific challenges included: Scattered Information Architecture: Important content like team details, events, and player resources were hard to find. User Confusion: Visitors struggled to quickly access schedules, registrations, and news updates. Brand Consistency: The site’s visual design did not reflect the energy and identity of Rose City Deportivo. Engagement Gaps: Lack of dynamic elements to keep returning users connected and informed. We needed to simplify navigation, strengthen visual storytelling, and structure content in a way that naturally guided users through essential actions, all while preserving the authenticity of the club’s voice.

Following the redesign and strategic content structuring, Rose City Deportivo saw significant improvements in user experience and digital engagement.
